Smart, Stylish, and Spacious: A Kitchen Marvel

I've bought this fridge littler over 2 weeks ago so I'm still breaking it in. So far it's pretty neat. I absolutely love the style of it. No names or handles on the front. The fridge blends in with my white cabinets. The tech side is overwhelming at first. Still figuring it out but I noticed there's no Bluetooth. Some apps crash frequently. The core apps that are designed for the fridge work perfectly. I was surprised by how much storage is in this fridge. Lots of little pockets and shelves. The drawers are big but you need to have both doors open to slide out most of them. All and all I love the style functionality and technology of this fridge. Still room to improve but I recommend this fridge if you're in the market for something to really set off your kitchen

Placed an order (US050683865) on 11/06/2023, through Shop Samsung App, to be delivered on 11/10. The fridge had a dent and a scratch, on top of that, it had no panels, the "delivery" was a drop off and not an installation. Because of the dent and scratch, I returned the fridge. Called Samsung for a replacement, and to explain that there were no panels, and they told me that's what I bought, mind you, on the app IT DOES NOT say panel less. When I bought it, it gave me NO option to add delivery or Samsung Care. They then told me that my fridge would be delivered on the 15th with panels. Well, today is the 17th, and NO FRIDGE DELIVERED! I've been calling Samsung since yesterday, placed on hold for over 20 min, call drops. Then call back again, they transfer me, then transfer again, and NOTHING!!! I've been charged... This is ridiculous and disrespectful.

Where's my order?

Simply put this is the most advanced and user friendly solution for a new refrigerator.   We love everything from having the ability to see inside the refrigerator from the grocery store using the Samsung app on your phone to the safety and security to monitor who is at your front door with our Ring Doorbell.  Everything is connected on the screen from Amazon Alexa to Pandora.   We also love the self refillable pitcher.

It keeps my food fresh and has ample storage space. The design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly in my kitchen. Bought this fridge now a month ago, the water pitcher refill is very nice to always have a full pitcher.  The different size of ice is so cool and when the bucket fills up automatically shutting off is nice as well.  This was one of my reasons for purchasing.

I love this fridge. This replaced a 13 year old built in fridge that had no water and ice machine that kept breaking. Ultimately, it got annoying filling water and ice trays everyday so I began looking at fridges during Black Friday.  I absolutely love the two options of ice and it is able to keep up with our ice use. The pitcher is a very nice touch. There is tons of room in the fridge and freezer so the easy access door is perfect for kids.  The touchscreen is nice that I can put family photos and my work calendar. Ring works great on it and Amazon music works well as well.
