Better Mortgage - Samsung Rewards Offer
Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: Better Mortgage Corporation NMLS #330511 - Samsung Rewards Offer (the "Offer") is open to Samsung Rewards members who are citizens or permanent residents of the 50 United States including D.C., who are purchasing or refinancing a primary residence located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas (ex. cash-out refinances) and Washington (“Qualifying States”) and are at least 18 years old or older. Qualifying States may be revised during the Offer Period. Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Offer is limited to one per eligible individual, regardless of the number of Samsung Rewards accounts that individual maintains. Eligible individuals are each, a “Participant,” collectively the “Participants” (and may also be referred to throughout these Terms and Conditions as “you” or “your”).
2. Timing: The Offer begins on March 19, 2018 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on March 11, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Offer Period"). Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device for the Offer.
3. How to Participate in Offer: Participants must take the following actions in order to be eligible for the Offer during the Offer Period:
a) Participant must have a Samsung Rewards account in good standing;
b) Participant must follow links to this Offer, found in the Samsung Pay mobile application to Better Mortgage’s online application at www.better.com. Actions taken on the Better Mortgage site without starting from the Samsung Pay mobile App will not qualify for this Offer;
c) Participant must create an account with Better Mortgage using the same email address as their Samsung Rewards account;
d) Using this Better Mortgage account, Participant must proceed to complete the following milestones in the application process:
a. Pre-Approval —To receive 12,500 Samsung Rewards points, Participant must submit the information indicated on the Better.com website and be pre-approved for a purchase or refinance loan. Applications that are denied or suspended will not earn points.
b. Lock rates — To receive an additional 18,750 Samsung Rewards points, Participants must have been pre-approved for a Better Mortgage loan and then must lock in an interest rate for a refinancing or purchase of a property in a Qualifying State through Better.com.
c. Funding —To receive the final 93,750 Samsung Rewards points, Participants who have been pre-approved and locked in an interest rate on Better.com, must close the loan with and have it funded by Better Mortgage.
e) Participation in this Offer, including being Pre-Approved, Locking a Rate, or receiving Funding for a Mortgage is limited to Participants who, in Better Mortgage’s sole discretion, meet or exceed Better Mortgage’s criteria for creditworthiness, Participants provide all required documentation and information, and where Participant’s subject property qualifies as one on which Better Mortgage issues loans. See Terms of Use, FAQs, and Disclosures for details on the loan types and products offered by Better Mortgage and its licensing information. If at any stage, a Rewards Member, in Better Mortgage's sole discretion, fails to meet Better Mortgage's requirements, he or she will be ineligible to continue participation in the program.
4. Samsung Rewards Points Offered: Better Mortgage will notify Sponsor of Participant’s completion of a milestone listed above and Samsung will issue Samsung Reward Points to the Participant’s account within approximately 1 day of the date of completion of a milestone.
NOTE: Sponsor receives compensation from Better Mortgage for any completed pre-approval applications introduced to Better Mortgage directly through the Samsung Pay Mobile Apps and affiliated properties.
Limit: Participant may earn a maximum of 125,000 Samsung Rewards Points for completion of each milestone one (1) time for one (1) qualifying property. Sponsor reserves the right to deduct the Samsung Rewards Points from Participant’s Samsung Rewards Account awarded for this Offer for any other reason set forth in the Samsung Rewards Terms and Conditions.

7. Offer Governed By Samsung Rewards Program: The Terms and Conditions of the Samsung Rewards Program (http://www.samsung.com/us/samsung-pay/rewards-terms-and-conditions/) are incorporated herein by reference and govern this Offer, including those relating to Samsung Reward Point use, redemptions and expiration.
