Bought the WMB 75 inch as a touch screen for my home office. Works great to pass touch through on Ubuntu and Windows. Touch accuracy is good, the screen is plenty bright and the resolution (4k) is right on expectations. 

The underlying OS is okay and does not really do much. When used as a touch screen to an external OS, it works great. I have not noticed any lag or latency although I expect gamers might notice it. 

Conclusion: Would highly recommend for as a large touch screen for home and businesses. I can't speak to other use cases.

Great as large external touch monitor!

Really wish I would’ve purchased the vibe board. This board is so difficult to use outside apps. It is basically impossible, even with purchasing the approved WebCam to do zoom calls on it. This is basically an extremely overpriced whiteboard. The technical support on Samsung’s and is horrible as well.

Overpriced white board

Why do you have to tap the power button to get a menu to popup? You would think that could be it's own button. Various menus on this are laid out differently from each other and in confusing ways. It can connect to the internet but can only update over USB - cool. 20 touch points yet a teachers board wasn't working because a literal nanometer of a string was touching the edge of the screen. No features basically just a giant glorified screen.

Horrible User interface/Experience

Not only does the unit not come with a remote, it doesn't even support a remote. I understand that it's a touch screen, but it won't always be used interactively in most schools. The website touts SmartView+ and the ability to share multiple screens, but who wants to walk to the front of the classroom every time someone else needs to connect or we want to use a different input? Samsung is the only unit I've found that doesn't include a remote. If it wasn't for the software and interface, I would give it 1 star.

No remote support = poor decision

Just got this installed in my classroom cant connect two smart board screens together. No video out ports. have tried calling tech support( im on call 6 now), keep getting transferd to the wrong department. Phone rings multiple times and hangs up. No one in the company seems to know what the boards are. Support manuals are poorly written forcing you to call the company that cant connect you to the right people.

Limited features, Horrible tech support

This unit will not turn off it just goes to sleep. The instructions say to press and hold the power button. It does not turn off. The manual says the power light should be on when the unit is on and off when the unit is off. This is the opposite. This unit is terrible!! No Samsung Support Either.

1st one was so defective 2nd one I just got overwhelmed by returning it. It better then a marker but there's spots where the writing is not that smooth --- I do enjoy using it and got the 75in had to buy the wall mount separate which was $300 on top of this should be included with all the money I spent. should also come with a wipe and cleaning guideline to maintain
