Peter Drucker stated the obvious, “Leadership is responsibility.” We can take responsibility as leaders to continually and relentlessly improve, from the inside out. For our values inside us shape everything about us – from how we manage and express our emotions to decision-making and relationships – and have public consequences. For healthy leadership and organizational cultures are an extension of healthy leaders.
