Changing the Lock Screen Notifications on Your Galaxy J1

Any notifications you receive while your device is locked will display on your lock screen. By default, all content is displayed, but you can change the lock screen notification settings to hide sensitive content or all notifications.

Change Notification Settings

  1. From the Home screen, touch Apps.

  2. Touch Settings.

  3. Touch Sound and notification.

  4. Scroll to and touch Notifications on lock screen.

  5. Select Show content to display all notification content on your lock screen or Do not show notifications to turn off lock screen notifications completely.
