Removed Payment Card Still Shows in Samsung Pay

You're sure you removed that card, so why is it still showing up? If you are trying to remove a payment card from Samsung Pay and the card continues to display in your card list, check out this guide to troubleshoot.

• Deleting a card will only remove the payment information, including the token (digital card number), from the phone.

• Your physical card will remain active.

• If you want to cancel your card, please contact the card issuer.

  • Check the Internet Connection: To remove a payment card, Samsung Pay requires an active internet connection. Verify that the phone is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data network. We recommend you restart your phone after re-establishing a Wi-Fi connection.

  • Restart the Phone: If you have not already done so, restart your phone, and then attempt to remove the payment card again.
