Connecting Your NX500 Camera to My Smartphone
NFC (Near Field Communication), a feature that lets you transfer from and communicate between your camera and your smartphone wirelessly. You don't need to be near a Wi-Fi signal.
Connecting Camera to Smartphone
Place a smartphone's NFC antenna near the camera's NFC tag to connect the camera to the smartphone.
Read and review the Connection Guide on your camera. Then, touch Next.
Touch Agree to continue with the connection.
The camera and your smartphone will start the connection.
The Samsung Manager download screen will appear on your mobile if you are connecting the camera to your phone for the first time. Touch INSTALL.
Read and review the App permissions information. Then, touch ACCEPT.
Then, touch OPEN to access the downloaded Samsung Camera Manager app.
Samsung Accessory Service has to be installed to use this application. Touch OK to proceed.
Read and review the access information. Then, touch Next.
Touch Install to proceed with the install.
Make sure both Samsung Accessory Service and Samsung Camera Manager has been downloaded to proceed. Touch OK.
Read and review the Samsung Camera Manager access information. Then, touch Next.
Then, touch Install.
Touch Open to open the application.
Read the NFC Connection Guide. Then, touch Close.
A Bluetooth pairing request will appear on both your device and the camera. To pair, touch OK on both devices
You device is now paired.
