Printing Wirelessly from Your Galaxy Tab 4 7.0

The print function, available as a menu option within some apps, lets you print pictures, documents, or webpages directly from your device to a printer on the same Wi-Fi network or over Wi-Fi Direct.

Printing via Wi-Fi

  1. From a compatible app such as the Gallery, select a picture.

  2. Touch More options > Print.

  3. Select the printer and other settings, and touch the Printer icon to send the picture to the printer.

    Some printers may not be supported.

Turning On and Adding Print Services

It may be necessary to enable the print services on your device.

  1. From the Home screen, touch Apps.

  2. Touch Settings.

  3. Touch the CONNECTIONS tab.

  4. Touch More networks.

  5. Touch Printing.

  6. Touch the name of the print service you want to use. If your printer does not display, touch Download plug-in and find the print service app that applies to your printer model.

  7. Touch the slider at the top-right corner to turn the print service on.   

Printing via Bluetooth

  1. View the document, webpage, or picture you want to print.   

  2. Touch Share via.   

  3. Select Bluetooth.   

  4. Choose your Bluetooth printer from the list of available devices. It may be necessary to pair the devices before the file is sent to the printer. Please refer to your printer's user manual for assistance.
