How do I know if I've received a gift card from a friend?
You will receive a confirmation email with the gift purchase details. Also, if the gift card was sent to your Samsung Pay email address, you will receive a notification in the GIFT CARDS tab of Samsung Pay. It generally takes only a few minutes between purchasing the gift card and receiving confirmation. Be sure to check your Junk or Spam folder if you do not see the confirmation email in your Inbox. If you do not receive the gift card within 24 hours, contact Samsung Pay Customer Service at 1-844-SAM-PAYS (726-7297).
Please retain gift card confirmation emails in the event you need to re-add cards to Samsung Pay.
