Smart Switch for PC/Mac Tool Fails to Launch

• Smart Switch Mobile only partially supports iCloud® backups made using iOS9.
• If you created a backup using iOS9, you will be able to transfer your Contacts, Calendar, Photos, and Videos only.
• To transfer your remaining content, please connect to your old device using an OTG cable or Smart Switch for PC/Mac.

If you experience difficulty installing Smart Switch on your computer, check the following:

    1. Confirm your computer meets the recommended system requirements:

    2. Make sure you are using the latest version of the tool. The latest versions of Smart Switch for PC/Mac can be found at www.samsung.com/smartswitch.
