My Appliance is no Longer Connected to Smart Home

If you are getting a Connection failure message when trying to connect to one of your Samsung Smart Home appliances, then that appliance may have lost it's connection to the Wi-Fi network.

Double check the device list to see if the appliance is connected to the network. If you see the Wi-Fi Not Connected symbol then you will need to reconnect your appliance to the Smart Home App.
