Changing the Lock Screen Notifications on Your Galaxy S6
By default, any notifications you receive while your device is locked will display on your lock screen. You can change the lock screen notification settings to not display this content.
Screens and settings available may vary by wireless service provider and software version.
Change Notification Settings
From the Home screen, touch Apps.
Scroll to and touch Lock screen and security.
It may be necessary to switch the Settings menu to list view by touching More Options Icon > View as > List view.
Touch Notifications on lock screen.
Touch Content on lock screen to select how much content to display on the lock screen, if any. Select Show content to display all notifications on your lock screen, Hide content to hide notification content on the lock screen, or Do not show notifications to turn off lock screen notifications completely.
Touch the slider ON next to an individual application to turn off lock screen notifications for it.
