How Do I Change the App Notifications on My Samsung Galaxy S6 Active? (SM-G890A)

You can control which apps show notifications to your device using the app notifications settings.

  

Set App Notifications as Priority

  1. Navigate to Apps > Settings > DEVICE > Notifications.

      

  2. Touch ADVANCED.

      

      

  3. Touch the app you want its notification priority changed.

      

      

  4. Touch the slider next to Set as priority.

      

Allow App Notifications

  1. Navigate to Apps > Settings > DEVICE > Notifications.

      

      

  2. Touch the slider next to the app you want to allow notification.

      

      

Hide Content on Lock Screen

  1. Navigate to Apps > Settings > DEVICE > Notifications.

      

  2. Touch ADVANCED.

      

      

  3. Touch the app you want its notification hidden on the lock screen.

      

      

  4. Touch the slider next to Hide content on lock screen.
