Locate lost or stolen devices with Find My Mobile service enabled on your device. You can protect personal information you have saved on your device and import the device information from your lost device with remote control features.
Screens and settings available may vary by wireless service provider and software version.
Find My Mobile
Track and control your device remotely using the Find My Mobile web service. Make sure the following conditions are met to enable Find My Mobile:
The device must be turned on.
The device must be connected to a stable network connection.
Samsung account must be added in your device's account section (Settings > Accounts).

Enable Find My Mobile
To enable the service, you must have a Samsung account that is registered on the device.
From the Home screen, touch Apps.
Navigate to Settings > Lock screen and security > Find My Mobile.
If you have not logged into Samsung account already, you will be prompted to the Samsung account sign-in screen. Follow the on-screen directions.
Once registered, Remote controls will be enabled automatically.
Make sure Remote control is turned on.
