Send Music to Your Gear Fit2

You can listen to your music without having to carry your phone around. Learn how to send music to your Gear Fit2 or delete music directly from your phone. 

Gear Fit2 pairs with phones running Android 4.4 and higher with over 1.5GB RAM, iPhone 5 and newer with iOS 9.0 and later. Compatible phones and available features may vary by region, carrier and device.

Send Music to Your Gear Fit2

Get all your playlists on Gear Fit2 so you can hit the treadmill sans your phone. Just let your favorite songs play right from your wrist!

To transfer music, open the Samsung Gear app on your phone and make sure your Gear Fit2 is connected to your phone. Touch Send music to GearTouch Select tracks to transfer specific songs. You can also turn on Auto sync which will automatically sync selected playlists from your phone to your Gear Fit2. Touch the desired category, and then touch the checkbox next to each song you wish to transfer.

Finally, touch DONE. Get ready to roll those tunes.

Note: The transferred songs will appear in the music player on the Gear Fit2.

Delete Music From Your Gear Fit2

Tired of those old tracks? Delete songs to make room for new ones. It's easy.

Press Home on your Gear Fit2, and then touch Music Player. Make sure your music is playing from your Gear Fit2 and not from the paired device.

Now, swipe up or down to the top of the screen. Swipe to and touch Tracks. Touch and hold the track you want to delete, and then touch Delete. Touch the check mark to confirm.
