Access your device backups in Samsung Cloud
If you've backed up a lot of devices over the years, you may have lost track of what exactly is stored on the Samsung Cloud server. No worries, you can easily access your device backups using either your phone, tablet, or a computer. After you've signed in to the Cloud, you can view your data or delete anything you may not need.
Note: Available settings may vary by carrier and software version. Samsung Cloud is not available on Verizon phones or tablets, and in select countries. Samsung Cloud Gallery sync is being discontinued.

Sync your Gallery photos with OneDrive
From formal photos to silly selfies, you can rely on Microsoft OneDrive to save all your memorable pictures and videos. You can set your Gallery to automatically sync with OneDrive, so your files can be accessed later on when you’d like to revisit those photos. You can also restore photos and videos that were accidentally deleted.
Note: Available settings may vary by carrier and software version. Not all countries or carriers support this service.

Sync data across all of your devices using Samsung Cloud
You can make sure your phone's data is up-to-date with Samsung Cloud. It will sync data on multiple devices, so they'll have the latest information. For example, if you added a new Calendar event or contact on your phone, they will appear on other devices that are signed into the same Samsung account.
Note: Available settings may vary by carrier and software version. Not all countries or carriers support this service. Samsung Cloud is not available on Verizon phones or tablets.

Back up and restore data or files on your Galaxy device
If you accidentally delete a file on your phone or tablet, don't panic. When you back up and restore your content using the storage options on your Galaxy device, you'll be able to download the files again. For example, you can use a cloud service like Samsung Cloud, or a microSD card to back up pictures, videos, music, documents, and much more.
Note: Available settings may vary by carrier and software version. Samsung Cloud is not available on Verizon phones or tablets and may not be supported in certain countries. If you're moving data to a new device, check out our guide to transferring data with Smart Switch.
