The Burner Stops Glowing on My Induction Cooktop While in Use

If a burner stops glowing while you are cooking, don't worry. It is a normal operating function.


Possible Cause
The surface unit frequently cycles on and off.
The element will cycle on and off to maintain the power setting.
This is normal and does not indicate a problem with the cooktop. You can use the cooktop normally.
The surface unit stops glowing when changed to a lower setting.
This is normal. The cooktop is still on and is hot.
