Using Convection Bake or Convection Roast on Your Electric Double Wall Oven (NV51K6650D)
The convection fan circulates the heat evenly throughout the oven. This results in a rich, golden brown outside while the inside is moist and tender. Convection cooking also reduces normal cooking times.
Operating the Oven
- Touch either the Steam Bake key or the Steam Roast key.
Make sure the water reservoir is filled before starting.
- Enter the desired temperature using the number pad.
The oven will beep 6 times when the oven reaches the set oven temperature.
- Touch the START/SET key.
- To cancel the Convection Bake mode or the Convection Roast mode at any time, touch the OVEN OFF key.
