Cooking Mode

Mode Instructions
Bake • Bake is used to bake cakes, cookies, and casseroles. Be sure to preheat the oven first.
• Baking temperatures and times will vary depending on the ingredients and the style of baking pan used.
• Dark or nonstick coated cookware will cook faster with more browning.
• To evenly distribute heat, the convection fan turns on/off when bake mode is operating.
Broil • Broiling is used to cook tender cuts of meat with direct heat under the broil element of the oven.
• The high heat cooks quickly and gives a rich, brown outer appearance. Broil mode is best for meat, fish, and poultry up to 1 inch thick.
• Always preheat the oven for 5 minutes before broiling.
Convection
Bake
• Convection Bake uses a fan to circulate the oven's heat evenly and continuously within the oven.
• This improved heat distribution allows food to cook evenly and gives excellent results while using multiple racks at the same time.
Convection
Roast
• Convection Roast is good for cooking large tender cuts of meat, uncovered.
• The convection fan circulates the oven's heat evenly which creates a rich golden brown outside while the inside stays moist and tender.
Bread Proof • Bread proof automatically provides the best temperature for the bread proofing process.
• For the best result, start bread proof when the oven cools down.‘Hot’ will appear on the display when the oven temperature is above 100°F.
Keep Warm • Cooked food can keep warm for serving up to 3 hours after cooking
has finished.
• You can set this mode to activate after a timed or delayed timed
cooking operation.
• Do not use this mode to reheat cold food.
