Setting up Wi-Fi Calling on Your Verizon Galaxy S8 & S8+

Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+ Wi-Fi calling

If your 4G coverage is weak or you have no signal, you can use Wi-Fi Calling to make and receive calls over a Wi-Fi Internet connection. You can also send and receive texts and multimedia messages. The screens may vary depending on your carrier. Please select your carrier below.

For this feature to work, your device must be connected to a Wi-Fi network.

Wi-Fi Calling

Enabling Wi-Fi Calling

  1. Navigate to Apps > Settings.

  2. Touch Search and then search for and touch Advanced Calling.

  3. Touch Activate Wi-Fi Calling.

  4. Touch ALLOW.

  5. Review the Terms and Conditions. If you agree, touch the circle next to Terms And Conditions and then touch CONTINUE.
