The following workshops for smart devices are available:

  • Smart devices 1.0: Basics for Beginners

    If you’re new to smart devices, here’s where you can easily get started. Learn to set up your home screen, navigate settings and soft keys. You’ll explore features like using the Web, sending emails, downloading apps, and explore other useful tools like connecting to Facebook. If your smart device has an S Pen, you’ll learn how you can jot down notes and turn handwriting into text.

  • Smart devices 2.0: Intermediate & Advanced Features

    Discover features that let you do more with your smart device. Learn about shortcuts, productivity tools and new ways to multitask. You’ll also learn how to create your own personal magazine with Flipboard. If your smart device has an S Pen, we’ll show you how to use the robust Air Command menu. We’ll even show you how to connect all your Samsung devices to work together.
