Connect to a Wired Network on The Frame TV
Connect The Frame to a wired network for a fast and stable Internet connection.
Use a CAT 7 (Shielded Twisted Pair(STP)) cable for the connection.
Connect to a Wired Network
Connect an ethernet cable to the LAN port on the One Connect Box, and then connect the other end to your router or modem.
Press Home on your OneRemote.
Navigate to Settings > General > Network > Open Network Settings.
The Frame is now connected to the Internet. Select OK.
If no network cable is found:
Make sure that the ethernet cable is plugged into The Frame and router or modem correctly.
Make sure your router and modem are turned on.
Try resetting your router and modem.
If The Frame is connected to a local network, but not to the Internet:
Make sure that the ethernet cable is connected to your router or modem's external LAN port.
If the network setup is complete but unable to connect to the Internet:
If the problem persists, contact your Internet Service Provider.
Video App problems (YouTube, Netflix, etc.):
Change the DNS address to 220.127.116.11 (Settings > General > Network > Network Status > IP Settings > DNS Setting > Enter manually).
Reset Smart Hub (Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub).
