Adjust Art Mode Settings on Your Frame TV
The Frame TV adjusts brightness and color tone automatically according to its surroundings. The sensor is located on the bottom of the Frame, so it can also be influenced by the color of the floor or a table that is below it. Using the Samsung Smart View app on a smart device, you can manually adjust the art mode settings on your Frame TV.
Before You Begin
The Frame and the mobile device must be connected to same network (router).
An up to date version of the Smart View app is required.
For Android devices, version 188.8.131.52 is needed.
For iOS devices, version 184.108.40.206 is needed.
Verify the TV software version is 1123 or higher.
Check the Frame TV's Software Version
From the Home Screen on the TV, navigate to and select Settings > Support > About This TV.
