Access Task Manager on Your Chromebook Pro

The Task Manager displays all current processes and how much memory each one uses. If an app is frozen or significantly slowing down your Chromebook Pro, you can turn it off using the Task Manager. If all else fails, try shutting down and restarting your Chromebook Pro.

Access Task Manager

  1. To access the Task Manager, press the Search and Escape keys together.

  2. To end a process, select the process you want to end.

  3. Select End process.
