Unable to Adjust Sound Bar Volume Using TV Remote
You may have trouble adjusting the volume of a connected soundbar after updating the software on your TV. This issue occurs with the following conditions:
- The Soundbar is connected to the TV by Bluetooth.
- The TV Software is updated to ver 1132.6.
To resolve this issue, cold reboot the TV using one of the options below:
Press and hold the power button on the TV remote until the TV powers OFF and ON again with the Samsung Logo.
Note: This option does not work for The Frame TV and can only be used for the QLED and MU series UHD TVs.
Unplug the TV power cord, and then plug it back in.
Note: For QLED and The Frame TV which have 2 power cords, one for the TV panel and one for the One Connect Box, either power cord is ok to use for the cold reboot.
