    I bought this device for my Grandson and I've had issues with it since. There seems to be a problem with the charging port where it no longer wants to charge the device. I bought this device twice. The 1st time, I was able to take it back to best buy and they swapped it out because it failed in the 1st 2 weeks. The replacement failed, and thankfully I had it repaired while it was under warranty. It was repaired 6 months ago. So I'm about to go through the process of requesting a repair again. Hopefully, it's still under some type of warranty. I'm very disappointed samsung, as I have many samsung devices from the Zfold...

    I was trying to set up a new table but OMG. I spent 2 days and then I cant even install microsoft family app it says this device is not accepted. Buying the kids version is worthless, to get the samsung account it$10 a month. this tablet is junk. just buy the cheaper normal one and use google and microsofts apps to manage the tablet. Highly upset with this purchase
