Package arrived damaged and bezel pieces were already snapped in half upon opening. As this was suppose to be a christmas present, package not opened within the first few weeks of arriving. Now samsung states I am past the 5 day reporting window and 2 weeks return period. Spent several hours getting transferred around and placed on hold only for them to tell me the same strict policy of nothing they can do on their end. 
PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGE- box, styrofoam protection, and the bezels themselves. Samsung still refuse to replace the product. What a joke, will never purchase from them directly again. Recommend others to buy through other retailers with more reasonable and honest return/exchange policy especially around holiday time.

i bought this bezel for $90(bundled w/tv).as seen in photos the package arrived dented,two longer pieces of the bezel were broken. it was not securely packaged and other reviews have had same issue on samsungs amazon acct. 
i called samsung and after 40 minutes, being transferred back and forth between multiple departments, they had me re-order the bezel at full price, $200, saying i will be refunded my original amount and then they will go back and price match my new order to what i payed before plus a 10% discount ($81), wahoo… hoping it works out smoothly so i don’t have to call back or receive another broken bezel. can’t believe they couldn’t ship out a new bezel right away and instead we have to go through this whole process. this may be the first item i’ve reviewed, just ridiculous.

Cheap plastic and horrible shipping

Yes, but the Samsung bezel is a complete disappointment. Mass produced in Korea and only three color options available for my 55" Samsung Frame TV. Nowhere to actually see samples of the finishes in person to touch, feel and decide which color will work best for your home decor. You must blindly order it online and hope the color is close to what it looks like online. I picked my bezel today from Best Buy and thankfully the color will work. The installation is very easy however there are small gaps in the corners. Looks AWFUL. Because it attaches via magnets, you can shift a bit to try to get the corners to meet and be flush but they don't meet very well and there are small gaps at each corner even after putting in the little black holders in the back corners. Looks like something your 4th grade kid made in woodshop class. SOOO disappointed. An epic fail on the part of Samsung. Shame on them. I DON'T RECOMMEND!

Extremely disappointed

All 4 sides arrived broken. Only 1 of the 4 broken pieces wasn’t completely broken apart. There was no damage to the box, so that tells me they were all shipped broken. The customer service was poor. They can’t guarantee a refund.

Poor product

Samsung is a multinational company who sells inferior products and doesn’t stand by their product. We bought a bezel only to find out 6 days after purchase it was broken in several places. Because we didn’t reach out within 5 days “there is nothing they can do”

Terrible product. Worse customer service

Bad product that doesn't fit snug and looks bad. I had my frame for a couple years before I bought the bezel. I actually purchased a TCL NXTVISION TV, which is their frame style TV, and it came with a free bezel. It was so easy to install and looked nice so it encouraged me to buy this bezel. What a waste of money. It actually looks worse than the TV because it's warped and doesn't fit snug on the corners. I'm an hour into trying to return this jumping through their online hoops and they still want me to pay a restocking fee for a terrible product. 

Do yourself a favor in the kids a different bezel. Or, better yet, if you haven't already bought the TV by a TCL instead. Much better product

Doesn't fit, poor quality, AND expensive!

You will regret buying this. These bezels used to be made of metal, but Samsung cheaped out and made them plastic.

I've received two broken ones in a row. Each time Samsung customer service demands I wait for their system to update to process a return. Then they ask you to drive to a UPS store to return it.

I had to issue a credit card dispute against them. This product should not be sold to consumers.

Biggest scam, worst quality, bad customer service

I bought a frame for a new frame TV being installed as part of a renovation. When they opened the box the frame was in six pieces with additional broken plastic. (See pictures). I chatted with customer service the next day (1 day after attempted installation that they can verify by when the TV was turned on for the first time), and they said they could not do anything. The frame is very cheap plastic and the packing and shipping by UPS were totally inadequate. I should have read these reviews before I bought, and also bought from Amazon. This is a common problem they are ignoring.
