      This product is horrible because it’s told us it would be compatible but it is not at all!! Don’t buy this unless you’re 100% sure it will work.. Samsung is just trying to sell you things to get more money from you, and their customer service is just as bad!!

      This was recommended by Samsung staff for the s95D 55 inch but be aware this does not fit. It is completely off it doesn't even come close, and then I have just had the worse customer experience ever, I was on the phone for 4 hours to get a replacement for the right one, and had to wait whole week with the tv on the floor until the new mount comes. One of the supervisor even called me stupid and that it was my fault for not checking the mount before even though it was recommended by Samsung itself.

      First off, I noticed that the packaging that it was in was very secure. So there is no damage to be done to your amount. Then, I noticed that the instructions were very easy to follow. Very high quality pictures and illustrations to see what they are talking about. And the assortment of bolts, nuts and spacers for the mount was awesome, very easy to assemble and put TV on the wall, flush and level. The only thing that I would like to see maybe in the future, even though it might cost a little more, is a stud finder to find the solid stud in your wall to mount your mountain other than that.       I bought this expecting to receive a metal wall mount, but I got one made of air instead. Highly impractical. I was also surprised that it was able to fit in such a small bubble mailer, but since it was made of air I guess that makes sense. Support was no help with the installation. They said it’s not a tech issue, but Samsung mailed me a wall mount made of air, so honestly I’m disappointed in the product.

      images on this pages and on the "accessories" page of the frame tv show the full motion slim fit wall mount tilting downward towards the floor. after spending two hours on customer support i was told that you were unable to tilt the product up and down (only side to side). pretty misleading given these images and the words "full motion" in the name. if you want to move side to side this is fine, otherwise i would not recommend purchasing this product.
