This remote is amazing. It works with every single TV in my house, and even works with game consoles! Even after six years, not a single one of these remotes out of 3 of them have ever broke. The buttons are very responsive, and speaking of buttons this thing has TONS OF THEM there are so many buttons that I don't even know what to do with most of them. And the volume/channel switch lasts for ever without ever breaking or getting sticky. Take that new samsung remotes! And not a single decal on the remote buttons have rubbed off unlike every other of the new remotes i have.

The most reliable remote.

This is a universal remote that works with Samsung products. We had lost our remote for our TV and blu-ray player, so we bought a new one. It looked similar but a few buttons were different or missing. It connected to both items quickly and easily, but it It lacks the "home" button, "subtitles", and "disc menu". It was more complicated to use than the previous universal remote. But it also connected to the sound which the previous remote hadn't. Good remote, but lacking ease if use.

I've had a lot of trouble with smart remotes before, like when my parents ( they are old) bought their Samsung TV, but I got them another Samsung remote with buttons. That really helped my parents use the TV without needing my help.

Amazing functionality

This remote deserves its own GPS tracker! It controls my Fire Stick and multiple TVs so well that every time I lose it, I spend more time looking for it than watching TV. Best invention ever—I honestly can't live without it!

One Remote to Rule Them All

it's comfortable it's reliable and I've never had an issue with it not working recommend this to anybody that owns a Samsung that's they make good reliable products and they're comfortable to use

Samsung rocks

This Samsung Universal IR Remote was easy to set up and worked with my TV almost immediately. The buttons are responsive, and it feels comfortable to hold. It has all the basic functions I need, making it a great replacement for my original remote. The only downside is that some advanced features may not be available depending on your TV model, but for everyday use it works very well. Overall, it's a good value and I'd recommend it if you need a reliable replacement remote. The battery life is amazing and the range for this product is by far un matched.
Anyone who wants easy set up,  easy to use and in my opinion it's the best on the market to date.

I love this remote! It's so user friendly and easy to use! I use it to not only watch TV but I also go onto the internet with it straight onto my TV.  I stream videos on you tube I go onto my Netflix and Hulu accounts and watch movies too! All from this one remote i dont have to have 3 different ones to do all the stuff i want/need it to do that's the big seller for me is that I can do everything and I mean everything all from this one remote! Have been trying to determine if the universal remote has a backlit feature for dark viewing areas. Chat bot didn't know what I was talking about. We have 7 Samsung tvs in our home. Would be great to get a definitive answer. Thank you
