      I have always had a Samsung TV, phones, etc. But this TV is seriously gorgeous, amazing sound with just the TV speakers alone. You can literally hear as it fills up the room. Having it on AI mode, the picture is crisp, bright, smooth, and you can adjust the contrast to your liking. This is a wonderful TV without breaking the bank. This TV is an amazing value AND service because of Samsung’s online shop. It has an easily navigable HOME screen where you can manage apps and 100’s of free channels. 4K Upscaling works good!       Brightness is stunning from the jump, with vivid contrast. Despite all the apps you could want the TV is very reliable and has great responsiveness. The uniformity in upscaling a second to none. It makes the old stuff look so good with the AI upscaling it's awesome. I truly think it was an underpriced TV I feel like I stole it. It's a fantastic, rich people TV it's nice. I have it in front of a very very large apartment window that's like 15 x 18 or something.       This TV is so good looking and fast!!! I've had other smart TVs but this one is so smooth and responsive. I personally game a lot and this TV has a great refresh rate and great picture quality. I can see everything so clearly I feel like I have an advantage! The AI features are really helpful, they help me set up the pitcure and sound quality so I don't feel like I have to spend hours tweaking minor details to get what I'm looking for. The unboxing experience aswell feels so much smother and safer. They include perforations...

      I would give it a zero if I could, but I have to give it one star. The pictureis horrible. It has blooming the words wiggle and my $300 TV looks better than this one. Samsung customer service is an absolute nightmare and I will never purchase another Samsung product because of it. They want to charge me a 5% restocking fee. I was transferred they hung up on me and then telling me my TV hasn’t been delivered when it’s sitting right on my thing. Horrible product and as a lifelong Samsung customer, I can say I will never purch...
