Purchase a new 65" Samsung Crystal TV from Walmart it May. I unpacked it and mounted it with a wall mounted kit above my mantle. The TV has blue bleeding lines from left to right across the top. I spoke to a representative on the chat line to get it fixed and texted him pictures of the screen. He informed me that the factory warranty would not cover it because he thought it had been dropped. No one dropped the TV. It has no damage. I was told to take it back to Walmart. He could not guarantee me that it wasn't damaged during shipping to Walmart. I even purchased a extended warranty but it doesn't take effect until after the factory warranty expires.

Very dissatisfied

The product does NOT have any place to plug in your soundbar no optical, headphone jack, av Jack's nothing very disappointed seeing how this version with the TIZEN tech sucks.  It doesn't even have the remote that's a mouse pointer on the TV either very dissapointed.   Besides that the picture is good and the DEX is very useful I am just feeling letdown because the one I had bought years ago was way better and had everything they didn't cut any corners

Read this before you purchase don't impulse buy.

Not happy with the defition/ brightness/ sound/ etc.  This TV is not worth the price.  I would pay more for the best. It was $900 for tv and wall mount and not worth it.

the television plays fine I wish it was brighter during darker scenes though I did have to have the screen least once then it has played but still the brightness could be better during darker scenes it also often exhibits connectivity issues even though my Wi-Fi is strong and it's close to the router

I love this t v so much. I got it out of the necessity!!! I just wish this t v got more updates like a I.Features. but overall, this is a awesome t v and I would highly recommend it!!! The resolution is great.The refresh rate is awesome.

When I buoyed my TV I mind that that I am qualities we beat very poor but when I turn on the TV I feel very happy thank you handsome for your product.

Very clear

One of the most important topics that I would like to review is the brightness. I am impressed the quality of the pictures that make the images appear extremely clear. What stands out for me specifically is the contrast and the brightness because due to a brain injury I had to turn the brightness down. The contrast of the images allowed the picture quality to remain clear; hence satisfactory uniformity while managing the brightness. Furthermore, I tend to keep the brightness to a minimum while viewing at night to relax the nervous system. My TV is over 6 years old so the responsiveness of my TV may be a tad bit on the delayed side. To be honest, I am not sure if it is due to the remote; however, there is a little delay noted when navigating from the home button. I am very satisfied with my tv's resolution as it pertains to upscaling. I'm not a resolution gurue, so I'm probably not the best person to ask. I can say that I am more than satisfied with the clarity of the images as if they are one step away from being in the room with me. Due to the fact that I have other TVs in the household made from other manufacturers, I am in a position to make a clear distinction of what I prefer going forward. With that said, I will stick to purchasing Samsung without hesitation.

Going forward... Only Samsung TVs in the house!
