External device freezes when Galaxy TabPro S connects to Miracast

After Windows 10 system connects to Miracast (wireless display) device, the external device freezes. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:


Step 1: On the Action Center window, select Connect on Windows 10 discovery Multimedia Devices Menu.

Step 2: The WiFi device scans all devices for all supported channel.

 

. 


NOTE: Then WiFi performance is measured by scan operation. It is a limitation with the Connect user interface of Windows 10.

 

Step 3: Select the device to connect.


NOTE: If it does not connect to other media devices, close the Connect Menu.
