Gear S3 Classic: How Do I take a screenshot on my Samsung Gear S3 Classic(SM-R770)?

Screenshots taken on your Gear S3 are saved in the Gallery. You can transfer screenshots from your Gear S3 to your mobile device. Screenshots transferred to your mobile device will be saved to the Gear folder in the Gallery.

Note: The screens and steps shown below may vary by wireless service provider and your mobile device.

Capture a screenshot


1. You can capture a screenshot by simultaneously pressing the Home key and swiping from the left of the screen to the right.

1. From the Watch screen, press the Home key.

2. Touch the Next page icon. Then, touch Gallery.

3. Touch the desired screenshot to display it.

Transfer screenshots to a mobile device


1. From the Watch screen, press the Home key.

2. Touch the Next page icon. Then, touch Gallery.

4. Touch and hold anywhere on the screen until the DELETE option appears at the bottom of the screen.

5. To include additional screenshots in the transfer, rotate the bezel and touch the screenshots you want to include.

Note: You may also select all screenshots by touching the number and Select all.

6. Touch the More options icon.

7. Touch Send to phone.

8. The screenshot will be be transferred to your mobile device and saved to the Gear folder in the Gallery.

Delete screenshots


1. From the Watch screen, press the Home key.

2. Touch the Next page icon. Then, touch Gallery.

3. Touch the desired screenshot.

4. Touch and hold anywhere on the screen until the DELETE option appears at the bottom of the screen.

5. You can delete multiple screenshots by rotating the bezel and touching the screenshots you want to delete, or touch DELETE to delete only the selected screenshot.

Note: You may also select all screenshots by touching the number and Select all.

6. Touch DELETE.

7. Touch the check mark to confirm deletion.
