How to use the 24-hour Log on the Gear Fit2

The Gear Fit2 can monitor and record your activity during the day, thereby, encouraging you to stay healthy.

 

To access the 24-Hour Activity Tracker follow the steps below: 

 

Step 1: Press the Home button.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap on the 24-hour Log.

Step 3: Swipe up to see more information.

Step 4: Touch a period of activity to view more information.

Sleep: This indicates the user’s sleep duration.
Light: This indicates the time spent doing light activities, such as a light walk
Healthy: This indicates if the time user exercises, even if the exercise feature is not in use.
Inactive: This indicates the time spent not moving for one hour or more. To help the customer stay active, the Gear will prompt them to move after 50 minutes of inactivity.


Note: Please note that your burnt calories data takes into account your basal metabolic rate (BMR), which is calculated using the information on your profile. When first used, the device displays the burnt calories data based on the current time.
