When the Sub Samsung Connect Home device appears to be Unavailable:

1 Check whether the distance between the Main Samsung Connect Home and Sub Samsung Connect Home is appropriate. It is recommended that you place all Samsung Connect Home devices within 40 feet of each other.
2 Restart the Main Samsung Connect Home and Sub Samsung Connect Home devices separately.
3 If the Sub Samsung Connect Home still appears to be Unavailable, press and hold the Reset button on the rear of the Sub Samsung Connect Home for at least seven seconds to restore it to factory settings, then install it again.
