tried to install my Connect Home device, but it doesn't appear in the Samsung Connect app

Check whether the Ethernet cable is connected to the IN port and the AC/DC adapter is connected to the Power connector on your Samsung Connect Home device.


When the red and green lights blink alternately on your Samsung Connect Home device, it is in Pairing Mode. While in Pairing Mode, the Samsung Connect app will automatically start searching for your Connect Home device.


Any additional Samsung Connect Home devices will enter Pairing Mode when supplied with power via the AC/DC adapter.
