What to do when you are unable to access SideSync on Galaxy View




If you are unable to access SideSync, refer to the tips provided below:


USB Connection

■ Reinstall the driver.
■ Install the file via Windows installation folder:

(e.g. C:\ > Program Files ( They may see (x86), depending on the system) > Samsung > SideSync4 > USB Driver > SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.exe)


Wi-Fi Connection

■ Check if PC and mobile device are connected to the same router.
■ Check the signal strength of the Wi-Fi network they are using.
■ If they cannot find any Wi-Fi connections, disable their router’s security settings QoS (quality of service) included and try to access SideSync again.
