If your DVD/VCR is connected with only the coaxial connection, you may not be able to access the setup menu. You must connect your DVD/VCR using the RCA Connection.  

After doing so, ensure that your TV is in the correct video mode.  If you still cannot see the menu, reset the unit by holding down the fast forward and rewind buttons on the front panel for 15 sec.


*Tip:  If the word "menu" appears on the front panel of the DVD Player, but you cannot see the menu on the screen, the problem is within the connection or the video mode on your television
