[ Sound cut off when connecting to TV Sound Connect ]


- Case

  . When TV is connected to Multiroom, delay occurs between TV and Speaker.


- Solution

  1. When listening to the sounds of TV with Samsung TV (produced after 2012)

     and Multiroom Speaker connected in TVSoundConnect, sound cut off may occur

     in following cases. Please check your home environment.  


   - If the distance between TV and Speaker is too far

      . The distance between TV and Speaker is recommended to be below 10m.

   - If there is an obstacle between TV and speaker.

      . If there is an electric conductor between TV and Speaker, the rate of transfer

       may decrease.

   - If the original sound of TV is cut off.

      . In case of using TV with wireless connection, there may be the lost of sound

       between the content provider and the device due to the wireless network environment.

   - If the network environment is congested

      . If there is a wireless interference on the 2.4GHz network, the rate of success in

       transfer may decrease.

      . Devices that use Bluetooth: Wireless headset/mouse/keyboard, etc. Microwave Oven
