Unable to download files YH-920GS
If you are unable to download files from your YH-920. Please follow the instrructions below;
(i) Check the battery's power level( Power Adapter Connected)
(ii) Check if the driver is installed correctly on your pc( If not please reinstall)
(iii) Check the USB connection between the player and your pc
(iv) Check if there is "unplug/eject" or "safely remove hardware"icon located in your icon tray at the bottom of your screen
