How much is the service fee?

Service fee pricing varies by device type. The service fee, plus applicable taxes, is payable when you submit a service request. Refer to the applicable table below for the service fee price for your device.

¹For Galaxy Z Fold3 5G devices, a service fee of $39 will apply to service requests for exterior screen-only damage. For Galaxy Z Flip3 5G devices, a service fee of $39 will apply to service requests for exterior screen-only or back glass-only damage. Devices with any other damage will be subject to the full Service Fee. The full Service Fee of $189 for Galaxy Z Fold3 5G devices and $79 for Galaxy Z Flip3 5G devices, as outlined in the table above, will be collected at time of service request. Upon inspection of your device, and confirmation of eligibility for the reduced service fee, a refund of the difference will be processed.
