Online Support (S Service) is a live, online customer support service, letting you connect directly with a service agent through one-to-one remote support via your Galaxy Book. It’s a convenient way for people to get expert help, right from the comfort of their computer. Because it is a chat-based service that operates over your Galaxy Book, you don’t have to worry about background noise, so you can use it at home, in a café, or anywhere with web access.

Information provided applies to devices sold in Canada. Online Support (S Service) may not be offered on the model you are using or its version may be different. The service is available in English from Monday 9am to Saturday 9am in Canada (GMT + 9). You can access the online service for free for a certain period of time after purchasing your Galaxy Book.

1 Click on the Search box (at the bottom left corner of the screen), and search for and select Online Support (S Service).

Online Support (S Service) is usually preinstalled on Samsung Galaxy Book, but you can download it from the Microsoft Store if you don't see it.

2 Make sure the Online Support (S Service) tab is selected on the main page (on the top left). Enter keywords related to the issue you need assistance with in the Contents field and select Request (on the right).

3 You can speak to a service associate to resolve your Galaxy Book’s problems.
