Install the Galaxy Wearable app to manage your Galaxy Buds
Get the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone to not only pair and control your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, or Galaxy Buds Pro, but to also check for software updates for your earbuds. That way, you can ensure they stay current and you always get to enjoy all of your favorite music seamlessly. In addition, getting the most out of your earbuds is easy when you install Galaxy Buds Manager on your computer.

The good news is the Galaxy Wearable app comes preinstalled on most new Samsung phones. But if you don't see it, you can easily install it from the Galaxy Store or the Google Play Store.
Open the Galaxy Store, and touch the Search icon at the top right. Search for and select Galaxy Wearable, and then touch the Install icon (down arrow) next to the app. When it's finished installing, touch the Play icon to open the app.
Note: When a software update is available for the earbuds, the Galaxy Wearable app will notify you with a popup. Simply follow the prompts. The earbuds will disconnect from the phone. Once the update is complete, the earbuds will automatically reconnect with the phone.
Once you install Galaxy Buds Manager, you'll have an easy way to update your earbuds' software. The good news is installing just takes a couple steps.
From your computer, whether it's a Mac or Windows, navigate to the Samsung Galaxy Buds support page using your browser. Using the menu, on the top of the screen, select Manuals & Downloads. Under "Manuals & Downloads", a Mac application and a Windows application are available.
Download the appropriate software for your computer. Once the download is complete, run the file, and then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
You will be able to hear everything on your devices with your versatile Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, or Galaxy Buds Pro earbuds. You can connect them to your compatible phone, tablet, watch, TV, and more to stream music, control calls, and enjoy your favourite tracks when going for a run. You can also switch the connection between other compatible devices in your home using the Galaxy Wearable app (for Android devices), the Samsung Galaxy Buds app (for iOS devices), or simply Bluetooth settings (for Bluetooth devices).
