Find the serial numbers of your Galaxy Buds
The serial number is a unique number assigned by the manufacturer (like Samsung) to help identify an individual device. As a consequence, and because your Galaxy Buds are actually a pair of earbuds, each of them as its own serial number. Serial numbers make it easier for the makers to organize and keep track of their products. You can find the serial numbers via the Galaxy Wearable app installed on the phone connected to your Galaxy Buds.
Note: Information provided applies to devices sold in Canada. Available screens and settings may vary for earbuds sold in other countries.
If you paired your Galaxy Buds, Galaxy Buds+, or Galaxy Buds Live to a phone or a tablet using the Galaxy Wearable app, you can easily access your earbuds’ serial numbers.
Open the Galaxy Wearable app and make sure your earbuds are connected to the mobile device. Navigate to and tap About earbuds. The serial numbers will be displayed on-screen:
Note: The Galaxy Buds must be connected to your mobile device to access the serial numbers. If you close the Galaxy Buds' case or disconnect the earbuds, the serial numbers will not be accessible.
The serial numbers can also be found on a sticker on the box.
