    i have two BD-EM57 blue ray players and Netflix no longer logs in on either machine. They have WiFi connectivity. Have been reset to factory defaults. Have been deactivated as devices from Netflix. Have the latest firmware Netflix works on other devices in the house, but no longer these two devices. I am most unhappy by this as one of the primary reasons for buying these devices was for the Netflix capability. What do you suggest as my next steps?
