Connect your Samsung TV to the internet
Just when you thought your Smart TV could not get any smarter, it turns out it can access the internet too. If you connect the TV to Wi-Fi or a wired network, you can download apps, stream your favorite shows, search for information online, and so much more.
Note: The provided information refers to Samsung Smart TVs sold in Canada. The available settings and options may differ for devices sold in other countries.
Note: Connecting to Wi-Fi is the easiest and most seamless way to access the internet on your TV. Make sure you have your wireless network name (SSID) and password before trying to connect.
Note: 2018 models NU7100/NU710D, NU7200, and NU7300/NU730D only support 2.4 Ghz networks. They will not detect 5 Ghz networks. This will cause your Wi-Fi network to not appear on the list.
To find the MAC address on your Samsung Smart TV, press the Home button on your TV's remote to open the Smart Hub. Use the directional pad of the remote to select Settings, select Support, and then select About this TV or Contact Samsung.
Note: You may need to scroll down to display the MAC address.
