Front Loader: Washing machine displays a UE or DC Error Code

The UE or DC error code indicates unbalanced load.

 

To resolve this issue; refer to the troubleshooting steps given below: 

Front Load Machines:

1 Turn off and unplug the unit from the power outlet
2 Check the Shipping Bolts (Make sure they have been removed)
3 Check if the Washing Machine is installed on a level ground
4 Perform a manual drain procedure

a. Open the debris filter hatch

b. Pull out the emergency drain tube (if applicable)

c. Point the drain tube into a basin, and then remove the stopper at the end of the tube

d. Dispense all of the water

5 Open the door, take out the clothes, put them back in, and then close the door.
6 If the issue persists, inquire about the Warranty and Service Booking procedures for the unit.

Top Load Machines:

1 Press the Play/Pause button, and then open the door
2 Check the shipping base (Make sure they have been removed)
3 Check if the Washing Machine is installed on level ground
4 Perform a manual drain procedure (If applicable)

a. Open the debris filter hatch

b. Pull out the emergency drain tube (if applicable)

c. Point the drain tube into a basin, and then remove the stopper at the end of the tube

d. Dispense all of the water

5 Open the door, take out the clothes, put them back in, and then close the door.
6 If the issue persists, inquire about the Warranty and Service Booking procedures for the unit.
