How to use the NOW TV app on Samsung TV
The NOW TV app comes pre-installed on all current Samsung TVs, which means that you don’t have to download anything to use it.
To open the NOW TV app, simply only Smart Hub and select the Channel4 icon.
Please note: You will need to have a NOW account to access content.
Why can’t I find the NOW TV app?
There are several reasons that you may no longer be able to see the Channel 4 app:
- Each year the Samsung Smart TV platform is updated, and NOW TV may have removed support for the particular Smart Platform used by your TV. For up-to-date information on Samsung Smart TVs supported by NOW TV, please contact NOW TV
- The app may have been hidden from the Quick Access bar. To return the icon to the Quick Access bar:

Press the Home button on your remote

Navigate to and select Apps

Navigate to Downloaded apps

To add the selected app to the Quick Access bar, press and hold Enter until the dropdown menu appears

Select Add to home
