Remove the case or cover on the Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold series
Removing the case incorrectly could result in the phone's coating being stripped or other types of damage. To ensure you are removing the case properly, please refer to the steps and precautions in this guide.

Follow these steps to remove the case on your Galaxy Z Flip phone:
Step 1. Using your thumb, push the upper right corner of the case outward.
Step 2. Next, use your thumb to slide the left centre edge of the case outward.
This will remove the case from the phone.
Follow these steps to remove the case on your Galaxy Z Fold phone:
Step 1. Using your thumb, push the upper right corner of the case outward.
Step 2. Next, use your thumb to slide the upper left centre edge of the case outward.
This will remove the case from the phone.
