UHD TV : How to reset the sound to factory defaults (2014 models)
To reset the sound to its factory default settings follow these steps :

Press the MENU button on your remote.

Use the navigation pad to select Sound.

Select Reset Sound

Reset Sound Settings pop up appears. Use the navigation pad to select Yes.
